As an Usui Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki practitioner, I combine Reiki, Akashic record readings, sound healing, meditation, and breath work to bring relaxation to the mind, body, and soul.
Virtual 1:1 Personalized Meditation w/ Energy Work Session (Worldwide)
A 60 minute session via Zoom of a combination of meditation, Reiki, Akashic record reading, and breath work to tune you up leaving you lighter and full of clarity. The session will begin with a 15 minute tailored meditation based on your specific needs and energy work will follow. Sessions end with 10 minutes of findings and ways to help you stay "unstuck". You will need a meditative & quiet place to lay down during the session. A follow-up email with detailed findings will be sent within 48 hours of the session.

In-Person Energy Session
A 60 minute session of a combination of Reiki, Akashic record reading, sound healing, crystals, meditation, and breath work to tune you up leaving you lighter and full of clarity. Sessions end with 10 minutes of findings and ways to help you stay "unstuck". Please come wearing comfortable clothing. A follow-up email with detailed findings will be sent within 48 hours of the session.
